I had an incredibly poor experience getting setup with this State Farm office. I was in the process of purchasing a new home and was interested in consolidating multiple other insurance policies (homeowner, multiple landlord policies, auto and umbrella). I went through the process to transfer all of these to State Farm and had a good initial experience with their account manager. My Husband and I were loyal customers of 9 yrs... We have had a lot of issues on several occasions with this particular Branch of State Farm. We were left 130 miles from our home. The option on our policy changed without notice to us...we were stranded with our grandbabies. Absolutely we were not happy who would be.
