Dr. Igel and his staff are awesome! They make a normally awkward and personal Dr's visit uncomplicated and respectful. The office team is personable and very easy to talk to and are willing to explain / investigate any questions one might have.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes, in-depth Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
