Don’t waste your time. My car has had issues since brand new. The service manager claimed one thing when I was there then claimed another thing on the paperwork and on the phone since then. Refuse to properly diagnose the vehicle and claim if they find no issue they’ll hold me responsible on all costs despite the car being brand new. Shady and terrible service. Update! Absolutely disgusting treatment from the OWNER or a man who so call claims to be it. Literally a PSYCHO!! HE WILL TELL YOU ONE THING THEN CHANGE HIS MIND THE NEXT. Supports his loser staff over his customers who pay thousands for their vehicles. I used to be an advocate for kia but the treatment I received from the owner himself which I have ON RECORDING btw where he basically tells me to go F myself because i need an oil change and he is telling me it voids my warranty then the next moments said it doesn't??Shady and disgus... read more
Awesome service. Was looking for a new vehicle, Dylan was patient and informative answering my questions. I’m a very indecisive person, who looked at a ton. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy.Ended up with a vehicle I’m extremely happy with.
