I needed a part for my vehicle. I send a request about availability through their form on the web. I was told that part was available in the warehouse and it would take one day to get it. To get the part faster I decided to drive the 100 km (and 100 km back) to pick it up, just to discover that the warehouse they meant was not their warehose. But without crystal ball I would not know it
Terrible service. Extremely terrible and rude parts department. And a manager who couldn’t care less to do better. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else
We had exceptional service on our Kia done here. Had an issue during a family road trip - engine was failing/failed. Got us in right away, helped diagnose and worked with Kia Canada on support, and searched for alternate transportation to/from, and did a great job on the service. Can't thank them enough for it.
Awful place for parts and service, only went here because the wife has a 2015 jeep, figured a jeep dealership would be professional. 1st experience i bought a plug kit for trailer lights from them. They did not tell me I needed to bring the car back in to get plugged in to the computer to turn them on. Took my car in after installation and was charged $150 for 5 minutes work.
