Paid $24,000 for a custom built trailer that is NOTHING but problems. Literally one thing after another! Leaked right from the jump, within a year and a half the whole trailer is falling apart!!! Since it was a 'custom built', the shop knew exactly what my profession was and what the trailer was going to be used for - I clearly stated this multiple times before build as this was a BIG concern of mine!!! Shady business & False Advertising. Steer clear of this guy. Hidden fees and up charges that are completely ridiculous. This guy wanted $800 delivery charge to go 20 mi. And then I said I don't need delivery I can pick it up and he still wanted to charge $275 on top of the price he had advertised. What?
Chris Gustafson... along with many other self made entrepreneurs is a hard-working ,intelligent, honest, down-to-earth, business person. I've never seen him give less than 110% for his customers. It doesn't matter if you have him build you a trailer, custom. build you an ice fishing house, that is actually a lot more like sitting in a four or five star hotel then the good old fashioned freezing your butt off on a 5-gallon bucket waiting for some stupid fish to bite your hook. Rented a flat bed trailer from this guys and Chris was really helpful and awesome to talk to over the phone.His employees were really chill and cool to talk to as well. The work environment looks fun. They just got a new customer.
