RecommendedHands down reccomend WVC to anyone who asks. When our Lab mix became ill, and after our local vet not meeting our standard for care we made an appt for him to be seen. They got us in that morning, and we finally had an answer. the staff there helped us with his arrangements and made a horrid day more managable. Just recently our Dane cut the pad of her foot open, and they squeezed us in so that we could get her seen and taken care of. brought our Guinea pigs in after the female gave birth and we needed our male fixed. the staff was super nice and loved seeing the babies. The doc was very knowledgeable about the Guinea's and helped us figure out what needed to be changed with their diet. Will DEFINITELY be back!
Love Watertown Vetrinary.... changed to them after not being happy with our local vet. They were so welcoming, helpful and gentle and they were amazing at one of my darkest days when we recently had to put our beloved black lab to rest. Fast forward less than two weeks later we get a card in the mail from the entire office sharing our grief. It's those personal touches that make them great.
First pet I've ever had, first vet visit, and amazing experience! They made sure that my cat was comfortable and were amazing at explaining things to me. Honestly I was terrified of cost, but it was honestly affordable, and my big guy was treated with the utmost respect and care!
I love our vets! They care about our pets & they do their best to work within our budget.
