I used to think this was the best bakery ever, drooled over your maple chiffon cakes, until the last two, changed recipe, threw it away and won't be back, my two sisters had the same experience, we will be going to using Downtown Bakery from now on. Don't like your change in recipes! I buy for taste.
I was very disappointed. I have been ordering cakes and Easter bread for the last 30 years. Placed an order for Easter bread last week. Went to pick it up today and they didn't have it. I was told the order was never placed. Made me feel like I was lying. Their customer service is not good. Even though they messed up, they didn't even apologize for their mistake. Probably won't go back.
went in today and there was nothing on shelves...best place around i drive from dillonvale ohio ..i have tried others but i like gus.....
The Chocolate Peanut butter cake is to die for...of course the pies and cookies are pretty good too.
