3 things, it’s overpriced, some issues with staff, and huge lines. Biggest issue is the lines are WAY TOO LONG. On a Tuesday night I waited 22 minutes for checkout. It’s crazy long and people are putting up with it. But it’s really a problem they should fix. More expensive than Whole Foods for sure. My first bad experience though was a cashier who was unusually rude at checkout. I tried to fix the situation with her through conversation, but she didn’t really back down. I love Gus, but the last few times I’ve ordered sandwiches. It made me go to the bathroom. I don’t know if they rinse or vegetables off idk
Overall this market has a good and wide range of produce, meats, vegetables and all sorts of things However I did order a freshly made sandwich with high expectations, and it ended up being a little ordinary, it was incredibly dry including the bread, the flavour was quiet average as well.
