After repeated and continuous attempts to contact “Gus” and with the front steps we entrusted this company with, we are disgusted and disappointed that their regard for customer service does not exist. So when Gus Finished the concrete steps it looked good but less than a year it started to chip and top layer started peeling. The very top step is very deep, not the norm. I have an attorney in the family and said that’s unacceptable for safety issues of someone getting hurt and Gus would be responsible . Hopefully some one ca... read more
Having grass grow through the asphalt after a month and after making the company aware of the problem and sending photos as requested we have received no Response to phone calls or answer as to when and if it’ll ever be repaired
