I transferred all of my accounts to this office 2 years ago, and I'm really glad I did! So far, everyone in the office has been great, and Tony in particular has been incredibly responsive and helpful, whenever I have questions or need assistance. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Gus has been taking care of my family for decades now, and upon purchasing a new car I knew where to go. I gave Tony a call to see what my options were for auto insurance and he gave me a quote right then and there. A few months later, I purchased my first home and gave Tony another call to add homeowner's insurance to my policy. After a few questions, I had the quote the same day to provide my lender. The entire process was super smooth and he was a true professional!
Tony is a friendly voice on the phone and gathers the information accurately to process my request. He clearly states the timeline for processing. Any follow-up needed is promptly provided in written communication. Gus and his staff are fantastic to work with! They are all very knowledgeable and efficient, delivered with friendliness and a smile in their voice very time.
I've been a State Farm customer since I was 16 years old, which was a LONG time ago! (I'm currently 57 years old.) And in that entire time, I've only had one State Farm agent office, which is this one. Now, Gus hasn't been the agent the entire time (he's not old enough to be!).
