This is my second time going to this facility. I wasn't crazy about it the first time but I figured I'd give it another chance. The facility is very nice and clean just the quality of work is not up to par. They use brushes on your vehicle which I told him not to use, and he did not. The inside of the vehicle came out pretty good, just the exterior still has water spots and the wheels, did not come out that clean. I had an issue after getting a car wash here and the owners and management worked quickly to provide a resolution. This is a top notch business and I couldn't recommended them more.

Well I went in there on a non-busy time yesterday, and my car was filthy. Inside needed a good vacuum, alot of brake dust had accumulated on the rims, and dirt running all over the car. I payed 24 dollars for the one wash (I forget which), and I left with my car still looking dirty. I still had dirt on my rear fenders, I still had brake dust on my rear rims, and there was still a bit of filth from a vacuuming job that was given 75% effort.
