The Service department at Gus Brown Hyundai Brooklyn, ON deserves Zero stars or -5 stars. It's the worst dealership I have ever been to. Had an oil change done in my 2023 Tucson (still under warranty) at this dealership on 29th February, 2026 & there's an oil leak from the engine since. Need to take it there again to investigate the cause of the oil leak. Wondering if the service mechanic who did the oil change botched the job. It's been a very stressful experience so far. The Service Dept. of Gus Brown Hyundai is definitely the worst dept. in the entire Durham Region, ON & possibly the GTA. Deserves Zero Stars which Google won't let me give. Gus Brown did an oil change service on my 2023 Tucson about a month ago in February 2026 & engine has leaked a lot of oil since then. Don't know if the service mechanic didn't tighten the oil pan plug tight or damaged the seal. This problem only started after the oil change. Car was having no problems until then.
