Absolutely horrible service department! STAY AWAY! We have our car dropped off for a faulty transmission. They spent 2 weeks diagnosing the vehicle with zero updates dispite numerous attempts to reach them. During this time they refused to loan us a vehicle dispite being a warranty job leaving us high and dry to find a rental. Plus they wanted to charge us $200 for diagnostics on a job covered by warranty… transmission is getting replaced supposedly.
