Professional, friendly staff.
Service is so slow. Had 9am appointment but my car never got into shop til 10. Here over 2 hours to get the wiper blades adjusted
Went in for service #3 for my Elantra, and have never been so pleased with the service I received. Huge thank you to Athan who took care of me. He was genuine and patient with all my inquiries. He gave me a shuttle home while my car was being serviced, made sure to update me accordingly and took his time explaining everything I needed to know about the service. Will definitely be coming back to Athan!
I bought my car from them. Palisade 2022 model. I went there problem with my coolant leak. And they said radiator need to replace and I did for 1400$ and still leaking. I bought again the inspection again and the some line need to change for 850$. I said, I don't trust you. They said, you have to pay 192$ for inspection.i did .for nothing I pay 1400+ 192 And need to do from outside mechanic.
It's a great place with an amazing team. Had an issue with my Ioniq 5, ICCU failure. Peter informed me about the process, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and fixed the issue on time. During this time I was provided a rental car, which was great. I was positively surprised when I picked up the car. They washed it and cleaned it inside. Very detailed, and very clean. Overall, couldn't be more happier with this place.
