I have bought many cars over the years but never had such a great warm approach to customer service as I had with Scott Woods and Sean Diljohn. They are well informed, explain things very well with no gimmicky sales pitches! They made the paperwork seem easy. Sold a vehicle as-is but also with no mechanical disclosures. When I arrived to pick it up and drive it 110 kms home, it had no cabin heat and overheated in 10 Kms. A car dealer should know how to inspect a vehicle they are putting up for sale. The listing should have said- Vehicle has no cabin heat, vehicle overheats, vehicle needs towed. I own a 2025 Hyundai Sonata and recently had to bring it in for service due to a crackling noise coming from the engine. I even showed the service team a video recording where the noise could clearly be heard. Initially, instead of focusing on the main issue, they blamed me for breaking the glove box hook while changing the air filter. Giving 2 stars because the dealership is nice, unfortunately the customer experience was not... Stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago, after walking around the lot and not being approached, I went into the show room. Not one person greeted or acknowledged me. I walked around the showroom a bit and made my way back to the front, the whole time never being approached or acknowledged.
