I have had bad service with every Hyundai dealership I have ever used. I no longer service my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe through Hyundai dealerships. I had a recall which has to be done at a Hyundai dealership, so I decided to give Gus Brown a try. I scheduled an appointment for a week out. I received their reminders. I want to share my wonderful experience at the Hyundai dealership in Brooklyn location and it was all because of Karen Powell. I was looking around for vehicle going to and from different dealership.
