The behaviour or attitude of the new service lady is very poor. She immediately needs to attend customer service trining and how to behave politely without any real rough attitude.
Walked in to Gus Brown Hyundai with my wife, to just look at a few vehicles. Was approached by Jordan, who, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive a truck they had on their lot. For starters the driver side manifold was leaking and very loud. Secondly, No more than 30 seconds on the test drive the engine light came on. They assured me they had no clue what it was and that they would take care of it. There is absolutely no way they didn’t know about this issue. Now I’m out $150 bucks in gas and about 6 hours of mine and my kids Saturday. Update:We finally got the issue resolved and got the money after I posted this review. They talk all sweet when want to sell you a product but when you need them to solve a problem they are of no help. My husband bought Tucson in April and the salesperson was the friendliest person. It's been 4 months now and my husband is chasing them every week since we bought thr car to cancel the gap insurance and they are not providing any solution. It's not a small amount and we are very disappointed and frustrated with their service.
