actually listening to their customers and what they need. i have 2 boys with cognitive disabliities that I wanted to learn to swim. They keep changing instructors and giving my children young instructors that are to busy with school. Do they not have instructors that are reliable? My children need a consistent person and schedule and they are not getting that, as well as trying to force me to go to the ymca downtown why? Fantastic place Fantastic people Fantastic experience
Pool heater has not worked for sometime. We only joined so my wife could exercise in a heated indoor pool. My wife got attitude from the attendant when she complained and offered a suggestion.
My wife and I have been taking our 15 month old daughter to the pool in the evenings. It has been a great opportunity to get out of the house in the evenings to do something fun. She loves the kid area and the current pool. The facilities are top notch! We feel so lucky to have such a great place available to us in our community!

Love classes, instructors, Y friends, beautiful, well cared for facility.
They don’t support their t ball teams. The parents do all the work with no help from the YMCA that gladly takes their money. Smh
