Communication isn’t the best, I’m not sure if they ask everyone what they are going to use their money for but they questioned my family multiple times, on top of acting as if we don’t understand or something is “too much for us” they give you the run around after asking why you need YOUR money… we were not treated professionally and more then ready to settle this and be done . I never dealt with any of this working with Gus law firm previously in the past they were amazing then.

I can truly say the team that Worked with me was very reliable. There was always someone to talk with, and if I needed to talk to a different person, I would get a callback from that person and I was always kept updated which was very important to me.
