Dr Singh is dangerous.Sentara, as usual, has created a bogus ghost bill saying I owe them money. I do not owe them a penny. I have secondary insurance as evidenced by the document below. These people are despicable, they use their bureaucracy like a weapon. I owe them nothing, but they will destroy my credit if I do not pay this ghost bill. They know exactly what they are doing too. Used to be a good office until it turned into an HMO or something similar. I have a frozen shoulder and could not get an appointment until July? This is May 4th for Pete's sake! I'm on a PPO Health Plan not an HMO! I have sat before at the Sentara Emergency room for a "real" emergency not a routine call. Sorry but not sorry...but this is total BS! I'll be looking for another Doctor in my plan! What happened to PPO''s. Now I know why people fill up the emergency rooms!
