I hired this roofing company after noticing a leak in my ceiling, and overall I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the first phone call, they were professional and easy to communicate with. They showed up on time for the inspection, explained the issue clearly, and gave me a fair estimate without trying to upsell unnecessary work.
Anyone considering Gurr Brothers Construction especially out of the Dallas location to do their homework before trusting them with your home. It’s extremely concerning that they are employing project managers with known histories involving theft. Avoid this company at all costs. First contractors over promised and under delivered. Second they delayed the project over 1 month due to their poor communications with insurance. Third they decided to include in their scope work that wasn’t needed. Then proceeded to not credit us with that work. We calculated ~5k of work that wasn’t done. They gave us “credit” but overinflated work so that the credit we received was more like 2k instead of the expected 5k. Fourth they work with this company called prime packouts. Andherson was amazing to work with! He was so on top of it and worked with my insurance company to get everything fixed.
Daniel and Tony provided amazing service. That said, Daniel and his crews on site was phenomenal. White glove service all the way. Communication 10, Punctuality 9, craftsmanship 10. If you can, request Daniel and his crew to work on your project and your expectations will be exceeded!
