This man - Gurpreet Jagdev showed me basement and i liked the basement and was ready to pay the rent same day. He said call me after filling out rental form. After filling form with my details , this Unprofessional and incompetent real estate agent did not reply to message and did not call back. At least, he could say no and save my time. Please hire some knowledgable real estate agent who respects time of his clients. Zero star
