Customer service sucks. I came in to purchase some new glasses. Checked me in at door. Walked around looking at glasses. So they saw me. Another customer came from back, where the dr handed him customers chart. There were four or five people working. Gentleman says sorry Dr handed me the customers file. Didnt try to get anyone else to help me. I walked out.
