I don't normally do reviews but this place is an absolute god send!!! And deserves 5 stars, I normally don't get my nails done but I have a wedding tomorrow night and I decided to bite the bullet and go for it and it didn't disappoint. The massage, the chairs, the friendly environment, everything was just super relaxing and I seriously don't even care that I spent almost $200 on both. Highly recommend going here, the best in the Lake County area!!!🤩🤩🤩

Poor quality. $50 for a pedicure with no message and poor/sloppy paint job. I asked for my nails shorter and straight but she didn’t shape them all them. They look weird.

Worst place I’ve ever been too. I’ve been twice and came back a second time to give them another chance. They are always mean and in a bad mood they treat their customers with no care and put no time and effort into the nails. They all look like they don’t want to be there and it’s super unwelcoming. They don’t listen to how you want it, they shape nails terribly and the edges go over my cuticles. The only reason I’m even giving this place a 2 star is due to the fact that the nails turned out Ok. My nails are still in pain and hurt to even press on. There is excess adhesive all over my nails and the nail tips aren’t even properly fitted to my nail beds. Half of my nails are a different shape and when I asked him to fix it he seemed annoyed and moved on. I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I was in literal tears from the pain of having my acrylic nails removed. I’ve had acrylics taken off before and have never felt anything like this. It felt like the nail tech was ripping off my real nails. He was extremely rough, cut me three times, and I honestly couldn’t take the pain anymore—I didn’t even want him to finish. My nail beds look ruined and are still hurting even after the service. I left feeling traumatized and extremely uncomfortable. I will never return here.
