Called me up before my vehicle was complete..waited the whole day in the lobby before they told me it wouldn't be done that day and got me a loaner. Received the vehicle back about 2 weeks later, it had the engine light pop up and requested immediate service less than 100 miles later. Plus, what they fixed was not covered by warranty so I paid 4000 to not fix my vehicle, who knows what the next repair will cost

I saw a 2022 Hyundai Elantra for sale on their website in September of 2024. Went to look at it, saw it on the lot. This was after they were closed so waited until the next day to see about test driving it. It took about a week before we could even test drive it. The sales rep kept saying the maintenance manager took it home to make sure everything was OK for it to be sold. If it wasn't ready to be sold, why is it on website listed as for sale?
