The reason I brought the vehicle in was because it was down shifting hard to the point you could hear and feel. After inspection the service advisor let me know that two of his technicians confirmed the problem. The advisor left for vacation and the advisor that took over told me there is no problem and he had 25 other appointments and I needed to take the vehicle without fixing the problem.
Very fast with helping me. Very friendly. Fit me in on a busy time right before the holiday. So happy to have good service, and made it so easy for me to get in and fixed and to be able to go about my weekend with no worries. Thank you Jesse James and your team.
I HAD TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO TMT & SPENT ALMOST $8,000 & THEY DID NOT FIX THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD. Had some warranty work done at Gurley Leep GMC (L87 Engine recall) and had made a reservation. Check-in was a breeze, super fast and easy, worked with Jesse James (yes, his real name). My Yukon Denali had the Pico-Scope test performed (Passed) and the 0-40 oil change and was ready early afternoon. Pick-up was also super easy.... in and out in minutes.
