My car received an oil change, tire rotation and wash. I was only there 1 1/2 hours. Time was much better than previous visists.
I felt strongly that the dealership was only after making money. Errors were made consistently that always deferred to the dealership getting more money, and when I declined the very expensive maintenance that I cannot afford, my car came back to me no longer able to restrain a charge to the battery, despite this not being mentioned at the time. Went in for an oil change on my 2025 Buick Envision before I had to head to work. I was sent a coupon for $79 for the oil change in which I presented at the dealership for my 10 am appointment. The team member could not ensure that it would be finished by 1130. I asked them not to do the wash after the completion of the oil change hopefully helping the completion to be done before 1130.
