I bought a 2017 jeep grand Cherokee from here from Jason Gordon. He assured me that they would fix my head rest and my mirror as part of the sale. He has avoided me at all costs and after numerous attempts to call him I still get the same old excuses and that he would call me back and never does. I have been a Gurley Leap customer for the past 10 years. My experience with their service during that time hasn’t been amazing, but my most recent experience has completely cemented my opinion. Getting a diagnosis on a check engine light was a fiasco, but they told me the repair was part of a recall and I understood it wouldn’t be difficult. We made an appointment to have it done.
