I only wait a moment on hold and they are Johnny on the spot. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. This clinic saved my dogs life when they treated her for heart worms. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I had two older dogs and they would not have lived as long as they did without the help of Dr. Magee
