After waiting for an hour to be seen, I told the person occupying the front desk that I had no idea the wait would be so long and that I had other appointments scheduled for the day. The curt reply I received was, "In this office you will be expected to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen". Further, I was required to make a $250 payment which I had been led to believe was to maintain an account balance. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do seek treatment elsewhere after 3 hours.refused to answer any questions. The wait was so long, Their staff was not knowledgeable at all gave us mis information that caused them to deny treatment and keep 250.00 deposit to be used for treatment copays , refused to refund period even though refused to continue treatment based on patient looks and age, I didn't feel welcome there. they require a 250.00 deposit refuse service and keep the deposit. Dr singh by far was the worst dr i have ever encountered in my entire like. He was extremely rude, walked in and out of the exam room with out excusing himself woulcncome back into the room writing notes and never discussing. Would come in to then room drinking his coffee in his blue coffee mug being as rude a humanly possible. Not sure how he became a doctor but save yourself the torture of visiting dr singh. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
