Dr Dhaliwal has invested himself in carrying for my well being for years. He is very compassionate, caring and knows his medical stuff. I would recommend him fully.
After having a pacemaker put in at Sutter Roseville about 2 monthe earlier, my wife, Jan Arai-Phillips, visted Dr. Dhaliwal for a followup. The doctor was excellent in his explanations of what was going on and what to expect. He was very reassuring and spent time answering all questions so we could understand. He has a great way of relating to his patients.
