I am very dissatisfied with this Dealer Service dept. On 1/5/24 I brought my 2018 RAM 2500 diesel truck into the service dept for an oil/filter change, tire rotation, a software error code preventing the updating of my entertainment console, and a factory recall notice for the emissions The initial services were completed including the recall which involved a software update. However, the entertainment console issue was not addressed. I returned on 1/8/24 to inquire about the missed issue and was told that it didnt appear on... read more

Our Service Manager, Dave D*******, has not had a conversation with you which contradicts your statement in the review. This easily could have been resolved with a simple conversation with the Service Manager. After talking with Jay and Dave, it is probably best we both move on. I would be happy to recommend a couple of other RAM dealers for you if you would like. Best of luck.

What I think is their service department is less than shade tree,I will not go through the details but I was lied to,gave the run around ,and truly took!!!said my car needed an ignition,I got ignition still performed the same as if nothing at all had been done to my car!!!and while replacing ignition tore up my dash!!!and left my heat unhooked!!!!imma stop here !!!!but like I said shade tree!!!!
Dealer took $1000 deposit, then couldn't deliver vehicle so they kept my money, wouldn't give money back, their fault. Beware, they will take advantage of you!

********* special ordered a 2020 **** Wrangler in Feb of 2020 which required a $1000 non refundable deposit. Customer called his salesperson in March of 2020 (after his special order had been shipped) and said he found a **** at another dealer and he was considering purchasing it instead . He was made aware AGAIN that he would forfeit the deposit if he did not take delivery of his special order. They charge people for things they do not do..They tell you one thing and it alot differtt when you go to pick up your vechicle do not recommed them to anyone...

Customer had his truck towed in with a brake locking up issue. We had found brake system was possibly contaminated due to no cover/cap on the master cylinder. The brake system also was also leaking from the rear and dangerous to drive if not repaired. Recommended repairs included caliper, master cylinder, repair leak, and a brake flush for the possibility of contamination. Per the customers request we only replace the front right caliper.
