my landlord also used this contracting company for renovations.. they didn't lock up my apartment the 1st night when finished for the evening and left my patio door wide open for all to see! even after owner did check of my apartment apparently?? they never covered my furniture while redoing the flooring. they ruined my bathroom rugs and left trash all over my apartment and didn't clean up after themselves. they even installed the wrong ceiling fan in the wrong room??? and I had to remind them to fix??? specifically told own... read more
My landlord hired this company and they did extensive renovations on my apartment. I moved out of the unit to allow them room to renovate for a week. I came home to find my porch door wide open, water running in the broken toilet, lights left on for several days/overnight and they went over the scheduled time that was originally posted. On the last day, two men started unlocking my door to do an inspection while I was changing. They didn't even bother to knock.
