Yes. I had stage 4 cancer and they found my two mets, and I survived the stage 4 throat cancer, and there was a few new tumors that were located on my femur, and they got me into the MRI immediately, and now we're shrinking those rumors, so everything's been great. I've survived cancer and I'm fighting cancer, new tumors. But other than that I'm doing well, other than have a hard time talking because I had throat cancer and radiation. This appointment was done over the phone and so I had no physical contact with anyone. However, as always, everyone I spoke with was polite, listened and helpful. Very professional.
Most uncommunicative, uncompassionate doctor I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. One would think that an oncologist would be willing to help when you have an emergency related to cancer. Not him!
Misread Brain MRI indicating metastasized brain cancer, July 17 resulting being rushed into Full Brain Radiation. Results horrible causing the following issues: Cognitive, balance, hearing/vision, and much more. Hospice considered thereafter. MDA (Houston)/Stanford discovered misreading. Gupta group showed little concern and made no apology for their terrible mistake. Treatment at Stanford now.
Dr Gupta saved my husbnand life. He was diagnosed November 2009 with stage 4 colorectal cancer. Things were not looking good. My husband is alive and well, in remission, has has good quality of life, all because of the skills of this doctor. I thank God for him. Dr. Gupta is a very compassionate individual and very skilled in his field. I highly recommend this doctor.
I waited over one hour in the patients room. The first nurse took all medical information plus blood pressure then left. One hour later when I thought Dr Gupta would be walking in another nurse comes in to take more medical information. It would have been one and a half hours before I would see Dr Gupta. That is so inconsiderate. Not to care about me or my time. He is not my kind of Doctor and maybe no one else's either.
