In September 2023 I met Dr. Gupta after a visit to the Regional emergency. He diagnosed my retinal issue and told me I had to be in Winnipeg the next morning for a 8am appointment. He immediately let me know which flight to take that would get me there in time. Despite being an extremely busy man he sat with me while I booked my flight and called family and friends about a companion to come with me. He then offered to get me something to eat. I have so much respect for Dr Gupta. He has done 4 surgeries on me, my Dad and nephew were also his patients. I am so heartbroken to hear that he has passed away.. He will be missed very much
I love Dr. Cupta! He is kind, caring and very informative. He takes the time to explain things to you and asks your thoughts and wishes on outcomes too! I was impressed. My only complaint or concern is the amount of wait time to get into your appointment. I waited up to 4 hours a couple of times. Granted they let me leave and come back. Also it is hard to get through to the receptionists. But this is an extremely busy man he doesn't turn anyone away who needs to be seen.
