They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. There was lots of available parking at their office.
