I called the office on June 16th left a detailed message with the front desk. I was assured the message would be relayed to Dr Gupta's medical assistant. I never heard anything back related to a denied claim I was assured they would continue to fight with United Health. Spent over $4k in out of pocket and insurance on hearing aids and this is where the patient winds up. Why is the patients responsibility to continue following up and reminding staff if their fall downs. Bruce Storm
Ok my wife recently went to see this doctor. Her experience was not good , for starters you may get 5 minutes in front of her if your lucky. While she's doing her examination she's talking and she's talking a mile a minute if you know what I mean . She does not explain her findings nor do you get a chance to ask questions its in and out . Her bed side manner doesn't exist , no time for small talk at all no hello how are you zero. If you're in need of a Ear Nose & Throat specialist keep looking .

I would like to thank Hina T. Gupta, MD for being so helpful during our visit. She took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my father’s condition, and we truly appreciated how thorough and patient she was. Both Dr. Gupta and her assistant provided very clear information regarding my father’s situation, which made us feel much more comfortable and informed. Overall, the only concern was the wait time.
