Scheduling appointment was easy, staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Gupta discussed treatment options and made sure I knew if/when to follow-up to ensure good outcome.
Dr Gupta was very intentive to my concerns. He gave me his expert opinion on my condition. And suggested that I follow up with my up and coming procedure. He expressed that he wasn't an expert in what was needed for me. But overall I find him to be very informed in his expertise.
Dr. was quick and efficient and knew what to do.
Dr. Gupta and his staff were very pleasant. He did an excellent job in clearing up my ear issue in a fast and effective manner. It was my first time seeing him and I definitely will return to get treated again and will recommend him to others.
