Talked over me while I was trying to explain the condition/reason for the visit. Not the first time he talked over me on a visit. Seems the primary line of defense is to prescribe a drug that only masks the condition. No attempt to determine the underlying cause. Appears preoccupied with quickly moving patients along without taking the time or being allowed to by superiors.
Spoke over me the entire time while I was experiencing 9/10 pain as I tried to explain my knee injury. He prescribed me crutches and told me to stay off me feet but wrote my work excuse note stating I could work with out restrictions! I will never see this so called doctor again.
Dr. Xu is extremely attentive. He never disregards how I feel or what I am saying. I am an African American woman, he has never made me feel anything less than important to him. He always displays concern. He does not just write prescriptions, even if I think I need it. He actually does his job. No matter how many questions I ask or how many times I come in, he is always very pleasant and caring. He will not give up until your issue is resolved. I absolutely love Dr. Xu. Dr. Xu is excellent. He listens carefully, spends the appropriate amount of time with you and provides excellent advice.
Very disappointed. I gave him several chances, but he wasn't listening to me. He decided to play god with my body and not listen to me and my symptoms.
