Excellent trainers that tailor a fitness plan for you. You have access to the gym 24/7/365. If you want to work out 2:00 am on Christmas Day you can let yourself in and work out.

Gunz Up is a clean, friendly gym with an atmosphere that is supportive. You can exercise on your own, with a certified fitness trainer, or attend any of a variety of group classes and boot camps.
Great gym!!!!! Absolutely adore the Hip hop instructor and love, love, love the friendly trainors!!!!! Best family based gym I've encountered in LBK!!!!!
