Have had several guns transferred through their shop. Found the service to be quite good. But as of two weeks ago they could not be reached by phone or email. Calls would ring till a fax machine would pick up for nearly ten seconds before ending the call. Finally after a week of attempts I drove out. Gunz Inc is gone, store is cleared out. No notice, nothing. Just some wood over the front door and a few delivery notification stickers slapped on the window from FedEx and the water company. My FAV gun store in the Louisville area! Employees are amazing! Educated and helpful as always! They truly treat every customer like family! I could just go in and hang out all day talking and looking at merch.

Impossible to get in contact with. Traded in a handgun. Seems like they took my gun and money then vanished. Cannot get ahold of anyone who works there. They seemed to be a great store with great customer service, when I was there in person, but now I'm out a handgun with no resolution in sight. It seems like they scammed me, despite presenting themselves as a legitimate business with friendly employees. Hope this gets resolved in the near future, but these guys are shady. Customer beware.

This little hole-in-the-wall excuse for a gun store stocks about 20 overpriced weapons, cannot be reached by phone, has a habit of CLOSING mid day and has a piece of plywood for a front door. Seriously. When you call their number you get a scam recording telling you you've won $100 from Walmart. I'm assuming they won't make rent much longer, unless they are selling something besides guns there.

I been calling every day and I beeen going to the store and is close I pay for a gun that the have me waiting weeks I want my money cuz they haven’t give me my gun that I pay
