I was disappointed with my "complimentary" service that was quoted at $45 for tire rotation and service department wouldn't match competitor price of $27. They told me I would be able to get a rental when I brought my car in but instead they used a shuttle that takes SEVERAL people to their destinations. I wasted a lot of time. The shuttle back was delayed and caused me to be late for work when I clearly conveyed my restrictions/timeline.
