Useless service. They tried to charge me just for sharing a password to my VW head unit. Very disappointing. And I said that I can provide information that the car is mine. I can show the title and the purchase contract.

I love the hospitality here at Gunther more than at any other dealership. That's why I keep returning. However, I have an issue with their integrity. I'm not sure if it's all dealerships or just this one. When I bought my first vehicle back in 2018 at Gunther Kia, there was a giant discrepancy in my contract that I didn't notice until 2019. I was there yesterday with my son‘s 2018 Mazda CX five and I went to look at the 2022 CX 30 turbo which I really liked carbon edition with low miles. I was greeted by Manuel and right off the bat. He was warm and friendly and treated me like family. He gave me a great deal that I couldn’t walk away from and Orlando and finance was also great in making the deal happen. I suggest this dealer to anybody who’s looking to get a good car a good deal and be treated like a king. Great work.
