This place is the worst! When you show up for a service appointment you end up waiting 30 minutes for them to actually check you in and service your car. Then they charge you a 3% credit card fee at the end, which is obnoxious. If they weren’t the only VW option near me I would never come here. I definitely won’t buy a car here again.
Terrible customer service. The wrong part was ordered for my car and it delayed the service. They had my car for over a week when I should have received it at least 3 days prior. No offer for a loaner and only a small discount offered. I am sure more could have been done for this inconvenience. The better Volkswagen dealership is in Pompano Beach. I will never go here again.
This was my second visit to Gunther w my Passat. As this is my first VW I felt it was probably a good idea to have VW people work on it. Jesse Kolbe, my service advisor, ROCKS! Explains everything, including the "inside baseball" info that's required and keeps you up to date on progress of work being done. I have no negative comments. Many thanks and kudos to Jesse.
