This may be one of the worst car buying experience I've ever made. The initial salesman was ok, but the finance guy with whom I had to finalize the deal was one of the worst, unethical, dishonest I've ever had to deal with. If you don't want to deal with finance people with bad faith, bad intent who wanna take advantage of you, don't go that dealership.

- Service and Parts dept. Needs to restock on point..! Waited 2.5days for a new tire. (Not aceptable) - 4Wheel Aligment $400+ for Tiguan, serious? - Service attendant very smart. -Video clip of your fix and recomandations... need to see more, more detail -Many doubts on Mechanics, *****-3 Tiguans so far, One of them 25Tig, def a LEMON, waiting on a court date unless VW wants to deal before. Court date set 8/18/2026. Call me if interested*****
