Stephanie Bui she's absolutely amazing very knowledgeable, pleasant experience! sadly they're closing their Georgetown office!
same team,but they overbook at EVERY location! had an appointment in Waco at 1 and walked out of there at 4.56..procedure was done in less than 10 minutes..one pilar cyst removal..procedure was not done properly..the cyst grew back.. EVERY appointment at different locations i've had i waited at least 2hours and more just safe yourself your time and money !!!
LOVE-LOVE this place. The dermatologist I see is brilliant and though she shows tough-love when administering injections, I honestly appreciate the service as I have major results. The staff are always nice and friendly. I had called around to other places after being referred by my insurance company but glad I gave a try and returned for the follow-ups. This place, the professional, and staff are AWESOME!!!
Dr. Gunter owns this place, and his name is on the building, BUT he lives in California. He basically opened up a million derm offices and pays a PA to run the show. The staff, though nice, are overworked and there is much confusion on what is going on. The Texas location in Waco is the main office, and this Georgetown location is ONLY opened on Fridays. Dr. Gunter comes down once a month to do surgeries. Very hard to schedule around that. I moved to another place bc of this.
I have been to this location numerous times, and I live in Austin so drive 40 minutes to get there- that should say something!! I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes, and the exams themselves are quick and efficient. Stephanie is knowledgeable- plan to take notes because she's thorough and quick. I've had spots removed, facial peels, rosacia injections, and more.
