I have always had a great experience at Mckinney-Graham Dental Arts. Every staff member is like family. From the moment I enter the lobby, I am welcomed with a smile, and always made to feel at ease. I have had some very unpleasant prior dental experiences that lead me to years of fear. From my initial encounter at Mckinney-Graham Dental Arts, my fears were eased. Dr McKinney has given me a wonderful smile. When I smile, it is with pride and happiness.
After having a very bad experience with a dentist years ago I neglected my teeth. I needed emergency treatment due to extreme pain in the lower right side of my mouth. I messaged McKinney Graham dental at 7 am on Monday morning and was in the chair by 1 pm that day. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was promptly taken back for X-rays, and was examined by Dr Graham. Dr Graham and his dental assistant were extremely nice and sensitive to my anxiety. Graham McKinney Dental Arts continue to provide professional dental care for my wife and I. She just had the first phase of a multiple crown replacement. The temporary looks better than the permanent replacements I have seen!!
