Horrible experience. Very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Some guy in the Nissian building i’m assuming he’s the manager tried putting me in a car that had OVER 200,000 miles and then made it seem like i’d get the car i wanted for a $1,000 down payment and didn’t. Brought out 2 of the ugliest cars on the lot and the seats looked ate up in them. NEVER AGAIN!!!! But luckily i found a car in less than a hour later …

Called today asking if they were able to scan a 95 2500 dodge ram was informed that they didn't have any way of scanning the said vehicle. I found out there is a way to retrieve said codes from the vehicle itself. Called back with the codes 12 and 21 codes. The gentleman named Harold helped me in determining that 12 should go away itself and 21 is bad O2 sensor just don't know which one so I'm replacing both cause they are the original 02 sensors from factory. Took my vehicle to this “service center” to replace spark plugs and coil packs to help solve a code of P0302, which is a cylinder 2 misfire. Bought my own spark plugs, they put them in and it was still doing it, their solution was mopar spark plugs. Brought the car home, still misfired on cylinder 2. Took it back. After 2 weeks they told me cylinder 2 had more pressure and needed an engine replacement. Told engine on backorder. I asked to change the VVL solenoid and I would come get it.
