I have bought properties from Mrs. Gunselman and currently having my property managed by Mrs. Gunselman. I am very pleased with her company and and her knowledge of Fredericksburg area. Also currently working on a commercial property deal that she is helping me with. Her connections with bankers and business brokers are huge asset to getting my deal through.
