Reading the reviews it seems like they don't ever take responsibility nor do they have professional customer service. They just shift blame and talk bad about the customer reviews publicly rather than reflecting and improving. Not a place I'm wanting to do business with.
I stopped in here yesterday and didn't realize it was almost closing time. The owner, Storm, still welcomed me in and was really friendly, evening taking the time to just chat for a little bit. He also gave me a really good deal on the magazine loader I wanted. It was the kind of customer service that leaves you with a really nice memory.
My father passed a couple weeks ago and left us some guns and ammo, seeing as we life in the UK we couldn’t bring them back with us. We came in and sold all three guns, rifle and ammo. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner made us feel like family by the time I left. 10/10 recommend
Storm and his crew are great. Knowledgeable, nice and interesting.
