Neil with Guns and Hoses Insulation Did a phenomenal Job. Came right on time said he'd be to our house at 8:30 and was there at 8:25 unloading materials and getting ready rang the bell promptly at 8:30. He installed a new bathroom fan into our ensuite (Great since the old one sounded like a helicopter was taking off) Topped up all of the insulation in the attic and Insulated the attic door with new weather stripping and with thicker insulation as well. We are so impressed with Neil and extremely happy with the work done at our house. Not only did he do everything needed in a timely fashion and at a fair price, he explained all the processes and he's gone above and beyond for us. Update: We were able to get a phone call back and get our issues resolved. Was unfortunate with the timing of everything, but I'm glad things have been rectified. i have updated my review accordingly. Would love to give 4 or 5 star review. Quote was off from the beginning due to size of fascia installed even though it was discussed at the quote meeting (no big deal, that's fine). The install itself went fine, the work was up to par. However, the biggest thing we were looking for in getting our eavestroughs replaced was there were a couple areas where our old eaves were leaking and Guns N' Hoses had a guarantee that if they replaced the eaves, they would ensure there were no leaks.
