While they were helpful they were awful in communication about insurances accepted. We switched from Cigna to BCBS and when we advised them and provided them with new information they didn’t bother to inform us they didn’t accept BCBS. Then send us a bill for the full amount after 3 visits. Shameful business practice and we will be going somewhere else for our family’s mental health needs. The stress of having to pay bill and find new doctor outweighs any positive strides made.
