Training with Gunny is awesome! Not only is he super friendly and knowledgeable, but he helped me lose fat and gain lean muscle even while eating (protein) muffins! My posture has improved as has my overall strength. Highly recommend Gunny, especially considering his very reasonable pricing. Plus he's a Veteran, doesn't get more badass than that!
