Absolutely incredible service and workmanship. I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the work and the pricing. I had previously taken the vehicle to two different mechanic shops, both of which refused to take on the repair. I contacted Gunns Auto, and they were able to successfully complete the job that nobody else wanted to touch. Extremely disappointing experience. I booked three weeks in advance and was quoted around $1,200 for the AC compressor and condenser. I dropped the car off at 8 AM, but they didn’t even start inspecting it until 1 PM. By 2 PM the car was back in their lot, but I was told they were cleaning up and preparing paperwork and I can pick up the car at 4. The total suddenly became $1,600 — a 30+% increase, to include parts, labour, evac + recharge and diagnostic. The owner considers $1,600 to be the same “ballpark” as $1,200. I had ... read more
Three days before a weeks holiday my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Not only were they helpful, they had everything done in plenty of time to enjoy my vacation WITH my vehicle in tip top shape. Maddie and Andrew walked me through the process and the bill was actually less than quoted. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. 👍🏻👍🏻 Keep up the great work, we will definitely be bringing both our vehicles in when needed!
