There's little I can add to the poor reviews that hasn't already been said, but my place wasn't cleared out when I moved in (no compensation) as the garage was still full of the previous tenant's belongings and I had to wait for the place to be cleaned because he was there on my move-in day. Poor snow clearing. Unresponsive maintenance (I had open work orders the entire two years I lived there). I re-keyed the place for security and they asked me to pay for extra key copies. Beware of Gunnison reality and rentals. Kelly and Erin’s disorganization, greed and incompetence make it so they gain and you get nothing. I know options are slim in the valley when it comes to housing but just do your research. The house I lived in for 2 years was not well kept and there was no proper check out to prior roommates so coming into the house was disgusting. The only way this business is able to stay afloat is through taking advantage of people and capitalizing off the housing shortage in Gunnison. Their reputation for incompetence and financial greed is well known in our community. People do not choose to rent from GR&R, they are forced into renting due to the lack of options. BEWARE!!! Since Covid they no longer physically inspect any of the houses and have the ability to use this against you to keep your whole deposit.
